Text: Please upload your approved text in an editable document PDF preferred. Also provide an outline on how pages should be set up.
Logos: Upload any official logos that should appear in the booklet. PNG, EPS or PDF files are preferred. If you only have a PNG, please send the largest version available, ideally with a transparent background. List where they should be placed.
Photos and images: Upload the original, full-resolution files. Please avoid screenshots or images copied from social media. Only submit final approved images.
AI-generated graphics: If using AI-generated please make sure images are the highest-resolution version available, and make sure its atleast 200 DPI at its final print size. Label each file with its page number and placement.
Label images with its page and location. If possible rename each file using similar format: Page-Number_Location_Image-Description.

Use the page numbers from your booklet outline. If an image belongs in a specific section and you don’t know the page number, use the section name and preferred placement, such as Admissions_Top-Right_Campus-Tour.jpg.
If you can’t rename the files, include a placement list with the original filename, page or section, and location. Add any captions or required photo credits to that list.
